Our 1 day mental health first aid course provides delegates with a strong understanding of common mental health issues and enables them to provide support to colleagues when necessary. Delegates also learn skills to promote good mental health wellbeing in the workplace.
2 DAY YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID COURSE
Our 2 Day Youth Mental Health First Aid Course is perfect for those who work, live with or support young people between the ages of 8-18. Delegates will learn the skills to identify mental health issues the ability to support a young person and guide them to further assistance and support if necessary.
