2 Day Ergonomic Champions Course
This course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive knowledge of ergonomic risks and associated the musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Delegates will learn to identify risks and implement preventative measures to protect and improve the efficiency of their workforce.
This course includes:
- An overview of musculoskeletal issues and risk
- Psychological and stress related factors
- Stages of change model
- Problem solving approach to reducing risk
- Strategies for delegates to develop and deliver appropriate postural awareness coaching
- Training and practical application in using ergonomic risk assessment tools such ART, MAC, RULA and REBA.
